Clip on or easy-to-attach AR brace extender

Modeling Build Description: Trying to build an easily attachable brace extender for a pistol brace. The brace is an SB Tactical PDW (https://www.sb-tactical.com/product/sbpdw/) , and I've found some stuff on defcad (eg this, which looks good: https://defcad.com/library/sbpdw-for-the-poors) but not sure if it fits around the brace.
