Shipping Policy

We currently ship only within Belgium. Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment. Shipping is done via reliable postal or courier services.

Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. Due to the custom nature of 3D printing and design, refunds are only offered if the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or does not match the approved design. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and a description of the issue. We will review your case and provide a replacement or refund if approved.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Return Window: We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer supportRefunds: Upon receiving the returned item and confirming its condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply.Exchanges: If you received a defective or incorrect item, we offer exchanges at no additional shipping cost.
