Shipping Policy

At 3DPrint-tech, we specialize in providing professional 3D printing services and manufactured components for business customers (B2B). The following shipping policy applies to all commercial orders.
All products are manufactured on demand, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Standard production time is 1–5 business days, depending on part complexity, material selection, tolerances, and order volume. Custom-manufactured parts, prototypes, fixtures, jigs, and CAD-based components may require extended production time. Any agreed lead times will be confirmed as part of the order confirmation.
Upon completion of production, orders are shipped using reliable logistics partners such as PostNord, GLS, or DHL. The selected carrier is determined based on package dimensions, weight, delivery destination, and commercial requirements.
3DPrint-tech ships exclusively within the European Union (EU).
Estimated delivery time within the EU is 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they may be affected by carrier performance, destination country, public holidays, or force majeure events.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or agreed in advance for contractual customers. Prices are based on shipment size, weight, destination, and selected transport solution. Any local handling or administrative fees within the EU are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the order has been dispatched, the customer will receive a shipment confirmation including tracking details, where available.
In periods of high demand, material supply constraints, or for technically complex or high-volume orders, production and delivery times may be extended. 3dprint-tech will make reasonable efforts to inform the customer of any significant delays.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery. If goods arrive visibly damaged or are lost in transit, the customer must notify 3dprint-tech without undue delay. Supporting documentation, including photos of damage, may be required to initiate a claim with the carrier.
This shipping policy applies to business customers only and should be read in conjunction with 3DPrint-tech’s Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Refund Policy

At 3DPrint-tech, all products and services are provided exclusively to business customers (B2B). Due to the nature of our manufacturing processes and custom production, the following refund policy applies.
All products are manufactured on demand and often according to customer-specific requirements, including but not limited to dimensions, materials, tolerances, surface finish, and CAD data. For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has started, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Refunds or replacements will only be considered if the delivered goods are proven to be materially defective, incorrect, or not in accordance with the confirmed order specifications.
The customer is required to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt. Any claims regarding defects, damages, or incorrect delivery must be submitted to 3DPrint-tech without undue delay and no later than 5 business days after delivery. Claims must include a clear description of the issue and may require supporting documentation such as photographs, measurements, or test results.
If a claim is accepted, 3DPrint-tech reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
  • Reproduce and replace the defective goods, or
  • Issue a partial or full refund for the affected items
Refunds, if granted, will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds will not be issued for:
  • Minor deviations that do not affect form, fit, or function
  • Issues arising from customer-supplied designs, drawings, CAD files, or specifications
  • Normal material characteristics or cosmetic variations inherent to additive manufacturing
  • Improper use, modification, or handling after delivery
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error or fault attributable to 3DPrint-tech.
This Refund Policy applies to business transactions only and should be read in conjunction with 3DPrint-tech’s Terms and Conditions of Sale. Consumer rights, including rights of withdrawal, do not apply to B2B transactions.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Return Window: We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer supportRefunds: Upon receiving the returned item and confirming its condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply.Exchanges: If you received a defective or incorrect item, we offer exchanges at no additional shipping cost.
