Membership Subscription

  • Joining as a customer is currently free. In order to sell on this platform, you will need to subscribe to one of our Subscription options.
  • Subscription Plans: 3dgigs.io offers various subscription plans for sellers (Makers). Details of these plans, including features and pricing, are available on our platform.
  • Free Trial Period: Select subscription options may include a free trial period. This allows sellers to experience the subscription services without charge for a limited time, as specified at the time of signing up.
  • No Refund Policy: Once a seller subscribes to a paid plan, and following the end of any free trial period, 3dgigs.io does not offer refunds on subscription fees. This policy applies regardless of the usage of the services during the subscription period. 
  • Automatic Renewal: Unless canceled by the seller, subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period. It is the responsibility of the seller to cancel the subscription if they no longer wish to continue.
  • Changes to Subscription Plans: 3dgigs.io reserves the right to modify subscription plans, including pricing and features. Any changes will be communicated to existing subscribers in advance.
  • Users may cancel their subscription at any time. They will continue to enjoy subscriber benefits until the end date of their subscription period

Order Returns

  • Returns and refunds are subject to the Maker’s policies outlined on their store page

  • Non-Returnable Products: Due to the unique and personalized nature of customized products offered on 3dgigs.io, these items are generally not returnable. This includes any products that have been specifically tailored or modified according to a buyer’s specifications.

  • No Refund on Customized Orders: As a result of the customization, refunds are generally not available for these products once the order has been confirmed and production has commenced.

  • Exceptional Circumstances: In exceptional cases where the product delivered significantly deviates from what was ordered or if it arrives with defects, the buyer may contact the respective Maker to discuss potential remedies, which may include repairs, replacements, or, in rare cases, a refund.
  • Buyer’s Responsibility: Buyers are responsible for ensuring that all customization specifications provided are accurate. 3dgigs.io is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect specifications provided by the buyer.
  • Dispute Resolution: For disputes related to customized products, buyers are encouraged to use our dispute resolution process.
