Shipping Policy

At A5HCustom3D, we take pride in producing high-quality, made-to-order products and ensuring they arrive safely and on time.

Processing Time

  • All items are made to order unless otherwise stated.
  • Standard processing time is 1–5 business days depending on order size and complexity.
  • Custom or bulk orders may require additional time.

Shipping Method

  • All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) by default.
  • If you prefer a different carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.), please contact us before placing your order to arrange alternate shipping.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
  • Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders (if applicable).

Delivery Time Estimates

  • USPS First-Class / Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • A5H Custom 3D is not responsible for delays caused by USPS.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Refund Policy

At A5HCustom3D, every item is carefully inspected before shipment. Due to the custom nature of our products, we maintain a strict return policy.

No Returns or Refunds

  • All sales are final.
  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
    • Buyer’s remorse
    • Incorrect sizing or fit
    • Color or finish variations inherent to 3D printing

Manufacturer Defects Only

  • Refunds or replacements are only offered in cases of verified manufacturing defects.

A manufacturing defect includes:

  • Structural failure under normal use
  • Significant print defects affecting functionality
  • Incorrect item received

Reporting an Issue

  • You must contact us within 3 days of delivery.
  • Include:
    • Order number
    • Description of the issue
    • Clear photos of the defect

Resolution

  • If approved, we will:
    • Replace the item at no cost, or
    • Issue a refund at our discretion

Non-Defect Issues

  • Minor cosmetic imperfections (common in 3D printing) are not considered defects.
  • Variations in color, layer lines, or texture are normal.
