Refund Policy

Orders may be returned within 30 days. Physical item must be turned before refund is submitted. Customer must purchase return shipping label.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

  • Return Window: We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support
  • Refunds: Upon receiving the returned item and confirming its condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply.
  • Exchanges: If you received a defective or incorrect item, we offer exchanges at no additional shipping cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange an exchange.
