All items are 3D printed on demand and/or custom made based on customer specifications.

  • Production time:
    Varies depending on model complexity and order quantity. Estimated production time will be communicated before order confirmation.

  • Shipping time:
    Shipping times depend on destination and selected carrier. Tracking will be provided whenever available.

  • Shipping responsibility:
    I am not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs clearance, or force majeure events.

  • Packaging:
    Items are carefully packed to prevent damage during transport.
    Please inspect the package upon delivery and report any visible damage immediately.

  • Customs & import fees:
    Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refund Policy

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of 3D printed items, refunds are handled as follows:

  • Custom orders:
    ❌ No refunds for custom-designed or personalized items once production has started.

  • Standard items:
    Refunds or replacements are possible only if the item arrives:

    • Damaged

    • Defective

    • Not matching the agreed specifications

  • Claims:
    Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of:

    • The item

    • The packaging

    • The defect or damage

  • Resolution:
    Depending on the case, I may offer:

    • Replacement

    • Partial refund

    • Full refund (only if replacement is not feasible)

  • Minor imperfections:
    Small cosmetic marks typical of FDM 3D printing (layer lines, slight surface variations) are not considered defects.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Return Window: We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer supportRefunds: Upon receiving the returned item and confirming its condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply. Exchanges: If you received a defective or incorrect item, we offer exchanges at no additional shipping cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange an exchange.
