1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.

Printing begins immediately after payment and file approval.

Standard turnaround time is up to 48 hours from the end of printing to dispatch.
2. Printing & Materials

We print using high-end 3D printers: Creality K2 / K2 Pro, Bambulab H2D, etc.

Materials available: PLA, PETG, resin, and more upon request.

We ensure professional finishes and high precision for all prints.
3. Shipping Options

Standard Shipping: Delivered within 3–7 business days depending on location.

Express Shipping: Optional; delivery within 1–3 business days.

Local Pickup: Available in person at our facility for nearby clients.
4. Packaging & Protection

Each item is carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Fragile or delicate prints may receive additional protective packaging.
5. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on size, weight, and destination.

Local pickup is free of charge.
6. Tracking & Notifications

All shipments come with tracking information.

Clients receive notifications when the order is shipped and when it’s delivered.
7. Delays & Exceptions

While we guarantee printing within 48 hours, shipping times may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

In case of any delays, clients will be notified immediately.
8. Lost or Damaged Items

Lynq Group takes responsibility for items damaged during shipping if properly packaged.

Clients must report any issues within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for replacement or refund.
9. International Shipping

Available upon request; shipping time and cost vary by country.

Clients are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
10. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if printing has not yet started.

Once printing has begun, cancellation is not possible, but exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Policy
Refund & Return Policy – Lynq Group 3D Printing
1. Overview
At Lynq Group, we take pride in delivering high-quality 3D prints. Due to the custom nature of our services, refunds are limited to specific circumstances outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

Damaged or defective prints received during shipping.

Incorrect prints caused by a mistake on our end (wrong model, wrong material, wrong size).

Printing errors that make the item unusable.
3. Reporting Issues

Clients must report any damage or defects within 48 hours of receiving their order.

Include photos of the item and packaging when reporting an issue.
4. Refund Process

Once a claim is verified, Lynq Group will offer one of the following solutions:

Replacement print at no extra cost.

Partial refund if a replacement is not feasible.

Full refund in rare cases where the order cannot be corrected.

5. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued for:

Customer errors (wrong file submitted, wrong material/color requested).

Changes of mind after printing has started or completed.

Shipping delays outside of Lynq Group’s control (carrier issues, customs delays).
6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if printing has not yet started.

Once printing begins, cancellations are not eligible for refund, except in exceptional circumstances.
7. Shipping-Related Issues

If an item is lost in transit, Lynq Group will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Claims for lost items must be made within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
