Shipping Policy

POLICIES - SHIPPING Orders are produced after the customer confirms the project details, material, color, timeline, and quote. Shipping time depends on the size and complexity of the print and the selected delivery method. Local pickup or local delivery may be available in the Miami / Fort Lauderdale area by prior agreement.

Refund Policy

POLICIES - RETURNS Because most 3D printed items are custom-made, returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or there is a production error. If there is an issue with an order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and a description of the problem.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Return Window: We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer supportRefunds: Upon receiving the returned item and confirming its condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply.Exchanges: If you received a defective or incorrect item, we offer exchanges at no additional shipping cost.
