Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and the damaged item so we can assist with a replacement or claim.
Refund Policy
Custom Orders
Because all items are custom-made, returns and refunds are not accepted for custom designs or personalized prints, unless there is a defect or an error on our part.
Defective or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or does not match the approved design specifications, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to repair, replace, or refund the order as appropriate.
File Approval Responsibility
For customer-supplied files, TM Hobbies is not responsible for design flaws, dimensional errors, or printability issues that were approved prior to printing. We are happy to review files, but final approval rests with the customer.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before printing begins. Once production has started, cancellations may not be eligible for a refund due to material and labor costs already incurred.
Color and Finish Variations
Minor color differences, layer lines, and surface texture variations are normal characteristics of 3D printing and are not considered defects.
Design Rights
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to reproduce any submitted designs. TM Hobbies does not print copyrighted or trademarked items without proper authorization.
